Project RISHI would like to emphasize that the funds that our generous sponsors have
donated are being used directly in agreement with our current focus: to
bring healthcare where it is needed the most. Accordingly, there are no
intermediary costs; instead, the donations are
being used to directly fund the operation of a mobile clinic whereby the
cost of healthcare is subsidized for the villagers, significantly improving
their access to healthcare. Presently, we have sufficient funds to fund the
mobile clinic for at least four years. The collection of additional funds
will be used to make our ongoing efforts more sustainable by providing a
permanent primary healthcare facility and broadening the scope of our project
to include our other goals stated in our mission statement.
As a result of our ongoing work in the village, we have managed to
establish key contacts in order to thoroughly assess the needs of Vada-Manapakkam and to ensure the success of our
efforts. Once again, please keep in mind that your donations will go
directly towards providing access to basic healthcare and that they are
tax-deductible. Our tax ID number will be made available upon receiving a
donation. We hope you will consider making a generous donation!
